I am not an ulamak but at least I know that Islam is all for unity. Even our Prophet Muhammad SAW indicated in several Ahadith on unity and brotherhood as we can see in his farewell sermon (khuTbat ul-wadaa`).
“All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood.”
In fact, Allah SWT in the Qur’an describes what is unity in Islam as the Mu’minoon (Believers; those that believe in Allah and His Messenger Muhammad) being united in a Brotherhood based on solely Islam:
“The Mu’minoon are but a single Brotherhood.” (The Holy Qur’an, 49:10)
Allah further defines this Brotherhood by explaining that Muslims are awliyyaa’ (allies, friends, supporters) of one another, and this again is based solely on Islam:
Other Ahadith further elaborate on the concept of unity and brotherhood:
“A Muslim is the brother of another Muslim. He does not oppress him, nor does he leave him at the mercy of others.” (Sahih Muslim Book 032, Number 6219)
The Prophet said, “None of you will have faith till he wishes for his (Muslim) brother what he likes for himself.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari Volume 1, Book 2, Number 12)
As the teachings of Islam clearly show us that Brotherhood and unity in Islam are based solely on the `Aqeedah of Islam (which is the foundation of Muslim belief).  The Mu’minoon are believers to one another and this belief has nothing to do with race or any other type of invalid reason to unite but is rather a bond based on an ideological belief in Islam.
Unlike other bonds (nationalistic, patriotic, politics, etc.) which are superficial, animalistic, reactive, emotional, and completely devoid of a real solution for life’s affairs, the intellectuality of the ideological bond of Islam unites man irrespective of their race, nationality, and other factors which are irrelevant when it comes to bonding on an ideological creed.
Nik Aziztokguru2So, I hope Nik Aziz, his 10 MP supporters and PAS members will not just talk about Islam but put the religion into real practice.

YOu talk so much about unity!

Fine, why dont you just dissolve UMNO and all you freaks in UMNO then join PAS!

Can unite there what!

So, what r u waiting for?

2. sunwayopal - June 23, 2009

Oh yeah, sure brotherhood all right.

This must be the Islam brotherhood that UMNO practices when you guys stabbed PAS in the back 30 years ago as well as killed Ibrahim Libya, their main man!

3. UMNO - June 23, 2009

Hi Sunwayopal, don’t be so hasty in your comments. I am sure that when PAS’s president proposed the unity government he meant well and not such a fiasco. Are you sure its UMNO that stabbed PAS in the back and not the other way round but PAS acted differently? So think again.

4. sunwayopal - June 23, 2009

Wait, wait!

You mean, PAS lost kelantan in the 70s becoz they stabbed UMNO in the back!!

Yah, yah, like how Barisan Najis won perak 4 mths ago also I guess!!!!

5. Wiser - June 23, 2009

well sunwayopal, u are just like other pr supporters who support the flimsy coalition blindly. u all cannot acept defeat gentlemanly. u say bad things about our judiciary system if it doesnt favor pr but full of praises if it is the other way round. come on, have some sense in u and dont be emotional..and dont use the back door ya..

6. perak man - June 23, 2009

sunwayopal or whatever ur name is…jgn la buat tak tau..anwar ibrahim was let off on technical grounds. lagia satu kali dia ikut belakang pintu…apasal tak mau ikut depan lah..ini penyamun punya cara..bagi tau satu dunia 30 bn mp mau masuk pr, dia mau jadi pm..perak kalah, byk bising macam keling mabuk. apa punya orang ni..dia buat suma betul, orang lain buat sume salah..die u punya tuhan kot..

7. sunwayopal - June 25, 2009

Yeah, yeah, bring DSAI to court super easy.

But when it comes to PKFZ scandal, altantuya muda, budak cina kena bunh in Uncle Don, semua no court case.

Our judicary super top best in the world man!!

Bagus sekali punya judges.

Wait, whats this? Our top judge is ex UMNO punya Treasurer, aisey, no wonder lah

8. dr otman abidin - June 28, 2009

i think sunwayopal is emotionally-driven in his comments. we cannot blame them i guess they cannot think wisely and donot use comon sense. and the worst part, they are byond redemption,,no heart feelings!!

9. Subang Jaya - June 28, 2009

I tend to agree with Dr Otman Abidin, if you think that our judicary is bad Mr Sunwayopal, why don’t you delibrate the case here. For example, the Altantuya case, I think its fairly presided. We cannot base our judgement on emotions and what we think but based on legal facts. If there are misinterpretation of facts, I believe that you should voice it out so that everyone can know. otherwise your accusation is baseless and very bias. You are behaving like those you claim to be. Maybe you are the one that is bias not the judges or anyone else!

10. sunwayopal - June 30, 2009

Its clear our judiciary is biased.

How can you explain Zambry being given a stay on the same morning he applied whereas Nizar had to wait a week.

Why on earth for eg would DSAI’s case need to be moved , why not Judge Komala hear it at Sessions court?

How can you Augustine Paul the DOG allow the prosecution to keep changing the charge sheet as the TRIAL is ONGOING as more holes are shot through it.

How can the PROSECUTION OBject to Najis name being mentioned in altantuya trial, he;s the bloody prosceutor for heavens sake! He is clearly interested in only one thing, keeping Najis name out. Najis should b called to testify by virtue of his sms es between him and shafee.

Why no follow up on who ordered the 2 soldiers to kill altantuya? so they did it on their own??

Yes, i am biased, you create an independent poll to see if judges are biased or not in altantuya case , i guarantee on my life 67% will vote Malaysian judiciary is SHIT!
